About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our sales prospects. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the sales prospect journey, manage all scheduling and administrative tasks for our sales representatives, and ensure our sales processes are followed seamlessly. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.Responsibilities:Manage the Sales Prospect Journey:Serve as the main point of contact for prospects during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.Coordinate all follow-up communications, scheduling, and touchpoints between the sales team and prospects.Scheduling and Administrative Support:Take full responsibility for scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups between sales representatives and prospects.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM.Prepare sales documents, proposals, and presentations as needed to support the sales team.Ensure Process Adherence:Monitor and enforce adherence to sales processes, ensuring all steps are completed for every prospect.Identify and address any gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process, recommending improvements when needed.Client Communication and Relationship Management:Communicate directly with clients and prospects to schedule meetings and confirm appointments.Ensure timely follow-up after meetings, delivering updates or next steps as required.Act as a liaison between prospects and the sales team to keep communications clear and aligned.Reporting and Insights:Track and report on sales progress, follow-up activities, and prospect statuses to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.Regularly review and update sales pipeline data to maintain accuracy and accountabilityQualifications:Proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a related administrative role.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with proven experience leveraging software systems and digital productivity tools to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage workflows effectively.
