We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a company's most important clients, ensuring their satisfaction by deeply understanding their needs, proactively proposing solutions, and actively managing their accounts to maximize revenue and loyalty within the customer portfolio; essentially acting as the primary point of contact for all key client matters.Key Responsibilities of a Key Account Manager may **• Relationship ** Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key decision makers at major client accounts.• Customer Needs ***** Thoroughly understand the client's business objectives, challenges, and market dynamics to tailor solutions accordingly.• Strategic Account ***** Develop comprehensive account plans outlining strategies to expand business withing existing clients, including identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.• Proactive Solution ***** Anticipate client needs and proactively present customized solutions that address their pain points and align with their business goals.• Contract ***** Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.• Customer Satisfaction ***** Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns promptly, and actively manage any potential issues.• Stakeholder ***** Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client requirements.• Reporting and ***** Track key performances indicators (KPIs) related to client accounts, prepare regular reports on sales performance, and identify areas for improvement.Required Skills and *****• Proven sales experience with a track record of success in managing high value with customer accounts.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.• Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and opportunities.• Strategic thinking and ability to develop effective account plans.• Negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with key clients.• In - depth knowledge of the industry and competitive landscape.• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.• Up to 75% of travel required• Position can work remote when necessary• Reports to Director of SalesSinoboom offers competitive compensation package, including medical dental and vision insurance, 401k with company match, auto reimbursement allowance, retirement benefits, paid time off.
