Centralized Account Executive - Non-QM LendingLocation: Plano, TX (Onsite)Employment Type: Direct HireCompensation: Base Salary + Tiered Commission (First-Year OTE: $70,000 - $100,000, Potential for More)About the RoleWheeler Staffing Partners is hiring a Centralized Account Executive - Non-QM Lending for our client in Plano, TX. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales role focused on Non-QM wholesale and correspondent mortgage products. The ideal candidate is money-motivated, thrives in a high-energy call center sales environment, and is comfortable making outbound calls to mortgage professionals.This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance into a traditional Account Executive position. Candidates from mortgage sales, call center sales, or wholesale lending are highly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute funding projections and sales goals aligned with Non-QM loan production targets.Identify and prospect new mortgage brokers and bankers through outbound calls, guiding them through the broker approval process.Utilize company-provided leads to establish relationships and drive Non-QM loan volume.Conduct virtual presentations to educate brokers on Non-QM lending solutions, underwriting flexibility, and company technology.Serve as a subject matter expert on Non-QM loan products, alternative documentation options, and underwriting policies.Work with loan operations teams to manage active loan pipelines, ensuring efficient processing and closing.Escalate second reviews or exceptions to appropriate operations or underwriting leadership.Assist brokers with loan structuring, pricing, exceptions, and lock reconciliation.Collaborate with wholesale leadership and marketing teams to drive business within assigned territories.Partner with Client Relations Managers to optimize service delivery and improve broker engagement.Compensation & Commission StructureThis position offers a base salary plus tiered commission based on loan volume.A guaranteed base or bridge may be available for candidates transitioning from an existing role.Compensation varies based on experience and sales ability.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of mortgage sales experience, preferably in Non-QM or alternative lending.Experience working with wholesale and correspondent mortgage channels.Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with brokers and bankers.Knowledge of Non-QM loan products, underwriting policies, and secondary mortgage markets.Ability to educate brokers on DSCR, Bank Statement, Asset-Based, ITIN, Foreign National, and Interest-Only loan programs.Proficiency in mortgage origination software and CRM platforms.Must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a call-heavy, metrics-driven environment.No NMLS license required.Why This Role?High earning potential with uncapped commission.Stable industry position in wholesale lending (no retail component).Opportunity to grow into a more lucrative Account Executive role.Fast-paced, performance-driven culture ideal for sales professionals who thrive on metrics and making calls.Onsite role in Plano, TX, with some remote flexibility after training.
