We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to lead the company's U.S. market expansion. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly within the home improvement, hardware, or building materials industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy to establish the company's footprint in the U.S. market, starting in the Bay Area.Identify and build relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and home improvement chains.Drive new business development, leveraging industry connections to secure partnerships.Negotiate and close B2B deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.Collaborate with internal teams to align pricing, marketing, and logistics strategies for the U.S. market.Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.Qualifications & Requirements2+ years of B2B sales experience in home improvement, hardware, building materials, or related industries.Proven success in expanding brands or products into new markets.Strong network within hardware retailers, home improvement stores, or distributor channels.Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers is a plus.Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently in a startup-style U.S. expansion.
