You will appreciate the state-of-the-art technology and support and best-in-class tools at your disposal, and our energetic HQ, in the heart of Chicago's Fulton Market.The Onsite Sales Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting the sales teams at a luxury new construction condominium development. This position will help with fielding and distributing sales inquiries, arranging showings and broker previews, and supporting sales office operations. Job Description:Sales Center AdministrationServe as primary support and administration for the assigned sales center including greeting all visitors and coordination of sales center activities. Ensure the sales center environment and models are in presentable condition inside and out, informing Sales Operations Manager of needed repairs or enhancements to the office.Order office supplies and hospitality items to budget.Answer phones and forward calls between sales and property management.Perform lite technical support of model and gallery equipment as needed. Sales SupportSupport the sales teams' efforts by managing the lead assignment and follow up process including following up with prospects/leads via written and verbal correspondence and scheduling appointmentsRegister new on-site guests and log appointments for sales follow-up.Utilize CRM/CMS system and follow-up procedures to ensure the optimal level of sales communication is tracked and quantified for every sales encounter.Follow up with buyers and related parties (i.e. agents, brokers, appraisers, etc.) to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided including coordination of selection appointments, walk-throughs, appraisals and closing preparation.Preferred Qualifications:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree preferredExperience in Real Estate preferredReal Estate License preferred but not requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with clients as well as vendors (brokers, architects, contractors, client's representatives, etc.)Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills and impeccable grammar requiredStrong hospitality mindsetTechnologically proficient in all areas including, but not limited to: familiarity with various operating systems on PCs and Macs, the ability to navigate computer software and hardware including Amazon Alexa devices, iPads, video conferencing systems, and Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointPosition Type and Expected Hours of Work:Travel is not required.Schedule is project specific, generally within the hours of Monday-Thursday from 9:00am-6:00pm and Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm. The schedule may vary depending on business needs.Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment and may have a business professional dress code per Company and Client guidelines. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners and virtual display presentations.
