You will conduct exterior trades & roof inspections, provide detailed proposals, and guide homeowners through the exterior trades & roofing process. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough inspections of residential roofs & exterior trades to assess their condition and identify any necessary repairs or replacements.- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through networking, referrals, and community involvement.- Generate and deliver accurate and comprehensive roofing proposals to clients.- Educate customers on various roofing options, materials, and pricing.- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer specifications are met.- Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales.- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competition.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM software.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, sales, or a related field is a plus.- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.- Some knowledge of roofing materials, services, and installation processes is preferred but not required. - Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.Benefits:- Competitive base salary plus commission.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.- Lead generation. -Company Vehicle - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.How to Apply:If you are a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the Home remodeling industry, we want to hear from you!
