Job **We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team and develop essential sales skills while working for a mission-driven association that impacts leading organizations globally. This role focuses on selling public education courses, small group memberships, and conference registrations. You will also collaborate closely with an Account Executive to develop sales strategies, generate leads for senior account executives, manage sales pipelines, and conduct outbound sales outreach via phone and email.Key *Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone and email to generate and qualify leads.Manage and maintain sales pipelines within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.Identify customer needs through consultative questioning to recommend the best training courses, memberships, or conference registrations.Support senior sales executives in prospect development and account management.Deliver high-quality customer service while developing relationships with new and existing clients.Present and communicate the value of company solutions effectively to potential clients.Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization.****1 - 2 years of experience in education sales or a background as a corporate trainer.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a confident phone presence.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a high-energy environment.Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a strong commitment to customer service.Quick learner with the ability to build and maintain sales pipelines to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors welcome) or equivalent relevant work experience.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in sales and business development while making an impact on organizations worldwide.
