By joining our team, you'll gain the support, tools, and mentorship needed to achieve your goals and maximize your earning potential.Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Retention- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Growth & Lead Generation- Proactively identify potential business clients through community outreach, strategic networking, and targeted lead lists.Consultative Selling- Understand customer needs and craft tailored telecom solutions that align with their business objectives.Industry Expertise- Stay informed on the latest advancements in telecommunications, pricing structures, and competitive offerings to provide customers with informed recommendations.Sales Presentations- Deliver compelling, persuasive product demonstrations that highlight the benefits of our services and address customer concerns.Negotiation & Deal Closing- Effectively negotiate terms, overcome objections, and finalize agreements that align with customer needs and business goals.Detailed Documentation- Accurately complete sales contracts, reports, and other required documentation to ensure smooth transactions.Long-Term Relationship Building- Provide ongoing support and customer service to maintain long-lasting client relationships.Team Collaboration- Work closely with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and best practices for achieving collective success.Performance Goals- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.Ethical Sales Practices- Always operate with integrity, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications & Skills:Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).5-8 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in telecommunications or technology solutions.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and goal-oriented.Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and sales-related software.Valid driver's license, reliable transportation (where applicable), and a clean driving record.Ability to work full-time in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Bonus Points ForIn-depth knowledge of telecom products and services.Comfort working with digital platforms, CRM tools, and POS systems.Adaptability to evolving technology and industry trends.
