Home improvement sales manager

Job OverviewThis person is responsible for recruiting sales staff, training sales staff with company provided training tools, and much more more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing closing averages and volume goals within their team. This is a key role in our business and were looking for a long term great fit.DutiesOversee daily operations within the office, ensuring sales samples and supplies are adequately stocked and areas are organized and clean.Manage sales staff-recruit, hire, train, coach.Analyze reports to ensure company goals are being met.Ensure personal sales goals are being met.Perform "ride along" appointments with staff.Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, utilizing upselling techniques to boost sales.Conduct masterful presentation training.Maintain a staff of consistent closers.Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to selling bathrooms.Anything else asked by management.RequirementsStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in English for clear communication with customers and team members.A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in home improvements.Able to use basic software (Microsoft PowerPoint/ basic excel etc.).Ability to close deals at a minimum of 35% of demos ran.Able to demonstrate your ability to be an effective manager.A proactive approach to outside sales initiatives, demonstrating confidence in promoting.This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating an exceptional sales team while driving business success through effective management practices.Job ***** Full-time***** $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year**401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance8 hour shiftWeekends as neededApplication Question(s):Do you have a minimum of 4 years of home improvement sales management experience?Do you have more than 4 years of commission sales experience in home improvements?High school or equivalent (Preferred)Ability to *Concord, CA 94520 (Preferred)Ability to *Concord, CA 94520: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Willingness to *25% (Preferred)Work **** Hybrid remote in Concord, CA 94520
