Our Professional Staffing Group (PSG) specializes in Office Administration, Call Center, Accounting & Finance, and Human Resources placements, and has a 25-year track record of success - now providing staffing services in 42 states.Reporting to the Sales Director, the Account Executive will be responsible for warm and cold calling, setting up strategic meetings with clients, creating and presenting proposals, landing accounts, and providing ongoing client support. You will be supported with lead gen, marketing collateral, and other materials/functions to grow your new book of business and then support those clients. You will be working in a lively, team environment that is collaborative, creative, hardworking, and client centric. Client Development **Identify potential hiring managers and decision-makersEstablish contact relationships to build upon the business and obtain referralsIdentify cross-selling opportunities for other CSS Business UnitsSchedule and conduct new client visitsCommunicate with prospective clients to obtain and close agreements for servicesEstablish client expectations and share them with internal staffSales Development *Develop a 30-60-90 day marketing plan to create a strategic sales initiativeSource, research, and qualify leads/targets for tier 1, 2, and 3 level accountsActively promote CSS Business Units and Program Solutions through professional associations, trade shows, and other public relations opportunitiesMonitor, compile, and analyze information on competitors to assist with the creation of an enhanced marketing planDevelop value-driven presentations for client visits*Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Sales, or a related field (preferred)1-5 years of experience in Recruiting or Sales/Business DevelopmentProven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accountsStrong ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunitiesExperience building and maintaining long-term client relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate contracts and service agreements.Ability to assess client needs and provide strategic staffing solutionsStrong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneouslyFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM software, and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently while contributing to a teamPhysical **Must be able to independently lift approximately 10 - 15 poundsMust be able to remain stationary at a desk for 50% of the timeMust be able to occasionally travel within other offices and possibly clients if needed
