This role involves coordinating transportation, inventory, and warehouse activities while ensuring efficient, cost-effective solutions and a high level of service. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics or supply chain management.This is a full-time, on-site position in Benicia, California.Key **Client Relationship Management: Build and manage client relationships, understand their challenges, and contribute to overall growth and retention. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring all of their needs are met.Logistics Management & * Oversee daily transportation, warehousing, and inventory tasks to ensure timely and accurate service.Problem * Address and resolve issues related to shipping, inventory, or delivery. Continuously assess and re-prioritize as new challenges arise. Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to clients. Partner with internal teams and provide up-to-date communication to ensure smooth operations and quick issue resolution.Process * Proactively suggest and help implement ways to improve operations and client satisfaction.Required *5-7 years of experience as an Account Coordinator (or similar) in logistics or supply chain management.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.Ability to solve complex problems and prioritize issues as they arise.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Preferred **Experience with warehouse management or transportation systems.Project management experience.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Fluency in Spanish.
