We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our business in the USA market. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the service industry. Key **Sales Performance and Revenue GrowthGenerate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit and ensure mutual benefits. Develop and execute sales strategies in coordination with team to achieve revenue targets. Develop RFQ analysis and present formal presentation to customer; ensure key financial measures are achieved within each quote, including profitability. Business Strategy/ DevelopmentDefine, develop, and implement a sales strategy, which contributes to the corporate sales strategic direction. Develop trust with customer or potential customer. Understand the JDHL selling ** Prospecting; Pre-approach-planning the sale; Approach; Need Assessment; Presentation; Meeting Objections; Gaining commitment; and Follow-up Recognize sector macro trends Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Build and develop multi-level relationships with external customers and within JDHL Partner with other key JDHL functions (e.g. manufacturing and engineering) to further customer relationships and to become familiar with JDHL end-to-end value stream. Collaborate on target-customer account strategies to win business and create mutual benefit for JDHL. Engage with a cross-functional team to translate customer needs into solutions which JDHL can deliver across our entire Product Realization Value Chain. Ensure solutions meet or exceed the target-customer needs and contribute to JDHL achieving its goals. Collaboration & CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to align efforts with market needs. Provide feedback to the team regarding client requirements, market trends, and competitive analysis. Specific skills Healthcare contract manufacturing and or OEM expertise related to growing sales. Knowledge in Medtech and Healthcare domain Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors, communication at multiple levels. Act in the best interest of the client and company to provide sustainable and credible solutions. Strong and convincing communication skills.
