Head of Fundraising

Head of Fundraising/IR for Crypto Hedge Fund - REMOTERapidly growing crypto fund (with a 5 year incredible track record) based in Miami is looking for a Head of Marketing/Fundraising/Investor Relations. This is a completely remote role. This role will be focused on fundraising and IR, but will also entail some COO/CFO responsibilities as the portfolio manager has been doing most of the operations/finance aspects on his own. Their fund admin does much of the heavy lifting, but the PM would like to hand off the operational tasks. Our client's strategy includes a flagship hedge fund and a venture fund (raising a Fund2), as well as a high performing option overwriting strategy.Candidates MUST have significant hedge fund (or similar) fundraising experience (crypto experience is a huge plus but not mandatory) as well as investor relations experience and a general interest in all things digital/crypto. The right candidate MUST have a strong network of family offices, multi fam offices, HNW and ultra high net worth investors. Best candidate is incredibly organized, is a great writer, can easily prepare investor communications/marketing decks and has a very strong pedigree (high academic achiever desired).
