Job Description:We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele and drive Grip's continued success. As the front face of Grip, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and implementing a strategic sales approach that aligns with our growth objectives. This role requires a proactive mindset, a deep understanding of sales, and the ability to translate client needs into impactful solutions using Grip's cutting-edge technology. Specific responsibilities:Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with enterprise customers, aligning Grip's solutions with their operational goals to drive long-term success. Develop and implement innovative business development strategies that create value-driven, scalable partnerships and sustainable growth. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their logistics challenges and co-design tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, predictability, and customer satisfaction. Leverage industry insights, market trends, and data analytics to refine Grip's approach, ensuring our offerings remain cutting-edge and responsive to evolving customer needs. Drive long-term, sustainable customer relationships by ensuring continuous alignment between Grip's capabilities and the evolving needs of our partners. Qualifications:Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or a related sales-driven role, preferably in SaaS, Logistics, or B2B solutions. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify, develop, and convert business opportunities into long-term partnerships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven and proactive. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, demonstrating adaptability, innovation, and a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives efficiently.
