Ideal candidates will reflect our firm's personality traits, which are:Passionate-               We show up with energy & enthusiasm every day.Driven-                      We work tirelessly to achieve exceptional outcomes.Approachable-         We always make sure people feel welcome.Candid-                     We tell it like it is in language you will understand.Caring-                      We have your back.About the Job You will be client-facing and serve as the primary point-of-contact for all service-related needs for your designated clients.  You will work under the direction of the Executive Vice President of Employee Benefits and in close collaboration with our team of producers, financial analysts and administrative support.  §  Establish and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, insurance carriers and vendors§  Make regular proactive phone/email client contact§  Assist with claims, billing and coverage questions from employees and clients§  Collaborate on client renewal presentations and strategic planning initiatives §  Quarterback enrollment system build and open enrollment updates §  Develop materials for employee communications about their benefits package §  Conduct onsite and/or virtual meetings with clients, employees and business partners§  Manage new client implementation process §  Assist clients with compliance efforts §  Meet in person with clients as necessary, occasional travel may be required What's Required§  Minimum 5 years' benefits client service experience supporting 50+ employees. Could be a carrier, third-party administrator, or another broker/consultant firm. §  Expertise with medical and ancillary (life and disability) coverages§  Strong attention to detail and ability to perform independent work with a high degree of accuracy§  Superior client service and problem-solving abilities §  Adept at written and verbal communications§  Demonstrates cooperation, collaboration and accountability §  Works independently but is "coachable"§  Self-manages projects throughout entire lifecycle§  Committed to compliance standards and policiesWhile not a requirement familiarity with our tech stack a plus:§ CRM: Salesforce / Brokerage Builder§ Enrollment Systems: Employee Navigator, ADP, Paylocity, bswift, PaycorBase Salary & BonusWe pay a competitive salary and an annual discretionary bonus for this role. In addition, the annual bonus is subject to a firm multiplier to reward employees for the firm's overall performance.
