As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and versatile Business Development & Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team.About the ***** In this dual-focused role, you will be key to driving the growth of our general contracting business while also providing cost estimation and project budgeting expertise. From identifying new business opportunities and fostering relationships to delivering accurate project estimates, your work will directly contribute to the success of projects ranging from $5M-$50M.Key **·     Business ** Identify, pursue, and secure new GC projects; build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners; represent the company at networking events.·     Cost ***** Provide accurate cost estimates for GC projects, review project specs and collaborate with teams to ensure estimates align with project objectives.·     Project ***** Assist with cost tracking, reporting, and offer cost-related advice to ensure efficient project execution.***** Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).·     5+ years of experience in construction business development and/or cost estimation.·     Strong understanding of construction processes, estimating methods, and project management.·     Proficiency in cost estimation software(Procore, Buildertrend, PlanSwift, etc.).·     Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a dynamic, expanding company.
