This is your chance to work with one of the leading luxury hospitality brands, which offers some of the best perks in the industry. We're seeking talented professionals with deep golf expertise to expand business opportunities at our resorts.This role will oversee nationwide golf accounts and manage agency databases in selected territories. Position based in Miami.As a BDM, you will represent our luxury brands, including: Palace Resorts (with properties in Cancun, Playa del Carmen & Cozumel), Moon Palace Resorts (Cancun & Ocho Rios), AAA Five Diamond Le Blanc Hotels & Resorts (Cancun & Los Cabos), as well as the Baglioni Collection of Hotels & Resorts (Italy & the Maldives).You will have an active role in developing accounts and growing revenue in your territory within the continental US. Plus, you will be able to visit our Golf courses and events in other international destinations.SALARY RANGE: $65K Plus Commissions. You must have International Valid passport, and drivers license required.Key Responsivities & Duties:Will Represent the Palace Companys Five-star Luxury Hotels and Resorts within its 4 outstanding worldwide brands.Conducting daily sales and visits to leading travel agencies throughout the region, promoting travel, and meeting new people.Will be responsible for the growth of sales within the assigned territory.Will travel within the US, Mexico, and other countries for in-person industry events, sales blitzes, conferences, etc.Will host company educational trips to Mexico and The Caribbean for property experience.Identify profitable business opportunities and develop long-term business growth strategies for Golf teams, groups, torments, and sports competition.Identify new markets, emerging market trends and Customer needs/drivers.Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow businessConduct travel agent office visits to build a relationship.Build valuable relationships and connections with prospective clients and relevant stakeholdersSeek out and discuss promotional opportunities during confirmed appointments.Pro-active role in Developing the accounts within the established market.Place a high focus on Training and Product Development through webinar technology and person-to-person.Organize and prepare a marketing plan with assigned agencies to drive the business to grow.Provide information on the details and benefits of using the company's direct booking channel.Deliver presentations to portray the strategic goals and objectives determined by the Field sales objectives within brand standards.Present business or marketing opportunities to company management.Work with each travel agency to develop a sales strategy.Increase sales revenues per the agreed production targets per account.Analyze and Develop strategic activities based on the intelligence collected from the agency's vision and successful campaigns.Review and evaluate all production reports to ensure that production is on pace with the expected growth for each specific account.Conduct Monthly conference calls or meetings to ensure that all agency executive and management team is fully connected with performance and production.Discover new sales opportunities that are consistent current overall sales strategy.Skills & Experience:Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills.Proficient computer and typing skills (ability to learn new software).Sales and Negotiating skills with the ability to meet or surpass monthly sales goals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively recommend additional products and services.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.Experience Managing AccountsCustomer Service and Sales RelationshipsSocializing SkillsOptimize TravelBenefits:Health Insurance: Company pays a percentage of premiums.Life Insurance: Fully paid by the company.Long-Term Disability: Fully paid by the company.Vision and Dental InsuranceShort-Term Disability (STD)401(k) Program: Eligible after one year of employment.Paid Time Off (PTO)Vacation Days: 10 paid vacation days after 6 months of employment.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to Commute:Miami, FL 33122 (Required)Willingness to travel:75% (Required)Work Location: In person
