Branch Manager

Our client is looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all Branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company leadership.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all Branch Management including Operations, Staff, Financial, Compliance and office ManagementFull control of P&L for the BranchPrepare and analyze management and financial reports, budgets, expense reports and forecast for the branchCreate and maintain a weekly report on operations and sales at the BranchEnsuring that policies and procedures set forth by the company are followedConduct annual performance evaluations and review for all staffResponsible for the growth and development of client base and the BranchRequired Qualifications10+ years industry experience, specific to Export/Import shipment processing Air and Ocean5+ years experience managing employeesPrevious experience as Branch Manager for a Freight Forwarding/Logistics companyExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customersExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
