This role is responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, providing exceptional business customer support and engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence. Here our team members can fulfill their life's purpose through the work that they do every day.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Account ManagementDevelop and Work with the Director of Business Development to execute sales strategies in order to achieve revenue targets and market growth.Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential existing customers.Process, vet and work incoming leads, set Discovery calls. Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.Support the negotiation process and deal closures with customers, distributors, and partners.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients as needed.Process all incoming PO's and ensure customer satisfaction.Utilize the Shopify platform for invoicing and back-end product stock.Business Customer Support and Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.Provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to enhance products and services.Maintain, engage, and enrich the customer relationship to expand the business presenceMarketing SupportCollaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.Assist in developing sales and marketing materials to drive brand awareness and engagement.Maintain and grow our company LinkedIn to advance brand awareness and continue to build customer loyalty.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business customer development, preferably in the healthcare or consumer products industry.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.Why Join Us?Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Be part of a mission-driven company making a difference in healthcare technology.You will learn and work alongside inspirational leaders and colleagues who are equally passionate and committed to fostering an inclusive, growth-centered, and rewarding culture.
