PreSales Engineer

This role is essential in assisting current and potential clients with evaluating and implementing our systems, providing technical support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Travel frequently across the U.S. to support our sales network in presenting DAVANTIS' intelligent video surveillance solutions to clients.Conduct product demonstrations for potential and existing customers.Configure and deploy intelligent video surveillance systems at client installations.Provide technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site, via phone and internet.Deliver in-person and remote training sessions in both Spanish and English.Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in electronic security, CCTV, and video surveillance systems.Candidates currently residing in Virginia or nearby areas.Willingness to travel frequently.Ability to provide technical expertise and support to the sales team.Strong knowledge of:Operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)Relational databases (SQL Server, etc.)Networking (switching, VLANs, IT infrastructures)Scripting languagesProactive attitude, customer-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Dynamic, self-motivated individual with strong teamwork skills and a customer-centric approach.Advanced Spanish proficiency (spoken and written).Experience providing IT support to clients.What We Offer:Ongoing training on the latest technologies and methodologies.Permanent, full-time contract in a fast-growing company.Full-time, on-site position.Stable role in a start -up with high growth potential.The opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer of video analytics solutions for perimeter security.Are you an Engineer passionate about Technology and Innovation?We want to meet you!
