Client Service Associate

Jacobs Levy Equity Management, an institutional asset manager located in Florham Park, NJ, is seeking an energetic, dynamic individual to work in our Client Service and Business Development Group. This professional will prepare client, consultant, and prospective client reports, analyses, questionnaires, and RFPs.Responsibilities **Produce client, consultant, and prospective client reportsAssist in preparing and managing RFPs and questionnaires by drafting responses, producing requested data and reports, and assembling detailed support informationAssist in preparing and managing email campaignsUpdate and help manage consultant databasesUse third-party portfolio analysis systems to gather data and create reportsAssist in preparing materials for client, consultant, and prospective client meetingsThis position requires a skilled professional who has strong analytical skills, shows exceptional attention to detail, and is a good communicator.Requirements **Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, Math or related field3+ years of related experience in a fast-paced corporate office environment, preferably in the finance industryExperience with RFPs preferredExposure to portfolio and/or performance analysis software a plusFamiliarity with investment performance and portfolio characteristics dataAttention to detailStrong project and time management skillsExcellent computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and OutlookTeam-playerJacobs Levy Equity Management focuses exclusively on managing equity portfolios for institutional clients.
