Job Title: Director, Commercial Sales Company Overview: Join VP Racing as we continue to grow and expand our reach. With a rich history of delivering high-performance solutions across industries, we are seeking a passionate, driven sales professional, who thrives in a hunter role and is ready to bring new business from large enterprise accounts.Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Sales Director with proven leadership skills to create and develop our Commercial Sales Division. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, while crafting and implementing strategic sales plans. This role will cover North America and has the potential to ascend to the VP of Global Sales within three to four years. Key Responsibilities:Lead, train and develop the Commercial Sales team.Identify, prospect, and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities with large enterprise accounts.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to address their unique challenges.Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and contract closure.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to ensure alignment on customer needs and support the sales process.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to C-level executives.Forecast and report on sales activity, pipeline, and revenue performance using Salesforce.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience in a hunter role, targeting large, complex organizations.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team. Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals ($1M+).Strong prospecting skills with the ability to quickly identify and qualify leads.Experience navigating complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders in large enterprises.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.International sales experience, bilingual a plus.Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
