The director identifies business development opportunities, creates appealing packages and promotions, and ensures compliance with market trends and regulations. They analyze financial performance, manage expenses, and adjust strategies to capitalize on market trends. The director maintains records and ensures administrative processes support strategic goals, facilitating communication and collaboration between marketing teams for consistent messaging and brand strategy.
