We're on the lookout for ambitious, entry-level sales professionals ready to jumpstart their careers in the staffing industry, focusing on I.T. and the Engineering sectors.Program Overview: Starting Summer 2025, you'll embark on a structured, fully paid training program onsite at our Frisco, TX office. Gain hands-on experience in staffing and consulting through classroom training, job-shadowing and real-world business activities. As the program enters different phases this will become a hybrid (2-3 days/week onsite) opportunity.What We Offer:Comprehensive Training: Paid program with in-depth industry training.Career Advancement: Clear path from learning to leading, with growth opportunities.Competitive Pay: Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses (up to $10K).$55,000 for 3 months - 18 months professional/corporate job experience$58,000 for 18-36 months professional experienceBenefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), 3 weeks vacation, 5 sick/mental health days, 4 PTO days and more.What Youll Do:Phase 1: Training (First 4 Weeks)Learn the Ropes: Dive into sales and staffing fundamentals, from recruiting to client management & gain a basic understanding of technical subject matter, vocabulary etc.Hands-On Experience: Participate in role plays, job-shadowing, match qualified candidates to open jobs and business simulations.Classroom style training 5 days/week on site based in Frisco, TXPhase 2: Recruiting (3 Months)Recruit & Match: Source, qualify, and present candidates for various roles.Develop Expertise: Build knowledge of industry trends and business sectors.Phase 3: Sales Enablement (3 Months)Support Sales Efforts: Assist in lead generation, prospecting, client research, and proposal development. Utilize industry leading tools to identify trends within current and target accounts. Provide sales support to leaders and senior team members on a project basis. Advance Your Career: Continue learning from senior team members and expand your market knowledge.Phase 4: Account Management Transition (3 Months)Build Your Book: Establish and grow client relationships, manage your own accounts. Generate Master Services Agreement (MSA) with clients. Strategize & Negotiate: Offer tailored staffing solutions and negotiate contracts.Drive Success: Achieve goals through direct sales support and relationship-building. Learn the art of pitching the right solution to the right audience at the right time. Stay up to date on trends within the industries/sectors you support. Meet or exceed activity, profitability and career growth goals set by your manager.
