Job ***** Outside Sales/Territory Manager** This role involves direct interaction and influence with buyers and users of our industrial electric motors and services. You will be responsible for maintaining current sales and driving new sales growth within your assigned region.Key *Account/Territory *Build and sustain relationships with existing customers in your region.Evaluate and track sales performance at customer sites.Guide your assigned territory support team to achieve set targets.Proactive *Develop and implement a sales strategy for your territory.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and customers within your region.*A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial sector.Strong organizational and communication skills.Confidence in speaking to groups of various sizes.Ability to effectively manage your own time and schedule.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.In this role, you will collaborate with OEMs, Distributors, and End Users to sustain and generate demand for our products and services.
