Business Development ManagerLandscaping MaintenanceLocation: New York The RoleSeeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth within a growing landscaping business with a specific focus on landscaping maintenance. The role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with deep industry knowledge and a strong network in commercial and high-end residential landscaping.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management - Identify, engage, and secure new landscape maintenance contracts with commercial properties, luxury residential clients, and property management firms.Sales Strategy - Develop and execute targeted sales plans to expand our market presence.Proposal & Contract Negotiation - Craft competitive proposals and lead negotiations to secure long-term maintenance agreements.Industry Networking - Build strong relationships with developers, property managers, and landscape architects to generate ongoing business opportunities.Market Analysis - Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our service offerings.Experience Required***** 5+ years in Business Development or Sales within landscape maintenance (commercial or high-end residential).Industry ***** Strong understanding of landscape maintenance contracts, estimating, and client expectations.***** Established relationships with property managers, developers, or HOA boards is a plus.***** Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.Communication ***** Excellent negotiation and client management abilities.On OfferCompetitive base salary and performance based incentives Opportunity to work with a leading landscaping firm with a stellar reputationCollaborative and supportive company cultureGrowth opportunities within a well-established business
