From reuse equipment sales, network decommissioning, data destruction, sanitization services and the development of trade-in programs for manufacturers - we are committed to running the most efficient operation possible.Job SummaryThe SVP of Sales is responsible for spearheading commercial initiatives that drive sustainable growth, environmental impact, and revenue generation. The SVP will develop and implement strategies to maximize partnerships, expand market reach, and lead our business development, sales and marketing efforts. Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy that promotes aggressive growth and expands the companys market share in the electronics recycling sector. Revenue Growth: Identify revenue generating opportunities. Manage partnerships or key accounts. Optimize and expand existing revenue streams while developing new service offerings in recycling, refurbishment, and resale.Business Development Leadership: Lead the business development organization in setting and achieving revenue targets focused on e-waste collection and processing. Develop effective business development strategies for target markets.Sustainability & Environmental Compliance: Ensure all commercial initiatives align with environmental compliance standards and contribute to the company's sustainability goals. Develop partnerships that reinforce the organization's commitment to reducing e-waste and promoting responsible recycling practices.Customer Experience & Retention: Focus on customer satisfaction by developing tailored solutions for clients. Implement strategies to enhance service offerings, optimize client partnerships, and improve customer retention.Data Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to understand market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance. Leverage insights to adjust pricing, operational efficiencies, and identify high value recycling streams.Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to ensure commercial strategies align with operational capacity. Lead, mentor, and motivate sales, marketing, and business development teams to foster a culture of high performance. Create alignment between all revenue relevant teams (sales, marketing, support, etc.) and departments to ensure collaboration.QualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in industrial business to business companies, ITAD e-recycling or technology. Experience in the IT and/or ITAD/e-recycling industry is preferred but not necessary. Experience building and optimizing teams of at least 20 sales professionals across multiple channels.Private equity experience is a plusExperience in a high growth scaling business is desirable Skills:Marketing: Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with commercial goals and drive revenue growth. This includes market analysis, competitive positioning, and brand development.Leadership: Proven track record in building and leading teams across sales, marketing, and business development. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with business growth and sustainability objectives. Ability to push through challenges, analyze options and recommend a solution. Data Proficiency: Proficiency in data analytics, CRM, and ERP systems, and experience in utilizing data for strategic decision makingCommunication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.Results Driven: Has an entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on driving aggressive growth. Can motivate business development and sales resources. Strong ability to negotiate complex contracts and partnerships within the recycling ecosystem. Has a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
