Gallopade Curriculum is currently available in seven US states and continues to expand.POSITION OVERVIEW:Gallopade is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Curriculum Sales Department at our Peachtree City, Georgia, headquarters. You will be responsible for scheduling, planning, and managing the annual calendar of events and timeline for social studies curriculum events in Gallopades key markets. The Sales Administratoris also an in-office curriculum sales position. This position reports to the National Curriculum Manager.The preferred ideal candidate will have a classroom or educational background, experience in or knowledge of sales procedures and best practices, be self-driven and motivated to succeed, have the ability to work in a digital space with multiple platforms and programs, have a strong sense of teamwork, and possess a great ability to work with others. RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE:Trade Show ActivitiesRegister for trade shows and handle payments to showCoordinate all communication with show organizers, vendors, and service providersManage all arrangements for the show, including shipping, electricity, storage, and maintenance of booth materials and equipment with internal team membersStage shows before shippingFacilitate the coordination of shipped showsFor some local shows, assemble and dismantle trade show materialsLog all information about shows in real-time into the companys databaseCurriculum ActivitiesAnswer calls and emails for current and prospective customers in OhioProcess and follow up on purchasing orders for OhioShip sample sets to customers in OhioImprove curriculum sales and partnerships in assigned regionsFind potential contacts in all states and log them into HubSpotCustomer outreach to find new partners in states as neededFunction as the liaison as needed between the customer and the internal Customer Success Team for OhioWork with other members in the department and other departments to ensure successDuties as assignedEXPERIENCE:College degree in marketing, business administration, or education3-5 years of planning and development experienceMeticulous organizational skillsProven record of creating successful marketing campaignsExperience in publishing, education, or marketing to educators is a plusExperience with external communicationsExperience developing, researching, and logisticsExcellent analytical and critical thinking skillsThe importance of data collectionBENEFITS:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insurancePaid time off & sick timeRetirement planCompany holidaysTO APPLY:Please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements to harold@.
