As a concept to commissioning, multi-discipline contractor, we provide complete detailed Engineering, Design, Automation, PLC/DCS Programming, as well as Plant Operating, Instrument/Electrical, Fiber Optic, Boring, Powerline Construction and Maintenance Services.We are looking for Sales Closer/Business Development Representative in the Denver, CO area. Position Summary:The Sales Closer/Business Development Representative will finalize a sales deal with a client. Your duties are to find prospects, follow sales leads, and discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract.The Sales/Business Development Representative is responsible for developing and executing the corporate sales strategy. This role involves studying and segmenting the marketplace to enhance and maintain customer relationships effectively. By closely collaborating with both the sales team and customers, this individual acts as a strategic partner in the decision-making process.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Study the marketplace to develop an informed sales strategy.Account Planning: Create detailed account plans, perform competitive analyses, establish project timelines, and forecast estimated revenue.Customer Understanding: Gain a clear understanding of customer organizational structures, trends, decision-making processes, and initiatives.Opportunity Identification: Identify trends and new business opportunities within the industry.Relationship Management: Schedule bi-monthly review meetings with customers to communicate progress, discuss requirements, and strengthen relationships.Account Prioritization: Prioritize customer accounts based on perceived revenue growth and product mix, set objectives accordingly.Strategic Customer Plans: Under the direction of the Business Development Manager, develop, grow, and maintain strategic customer account plans to meet or exceed annual sales objectives.Risk Management: Manager internal and external risks and liabilities concerning customer accounts.Industry Experience:InstrumentationElectricalFiberOil & GasSpecific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience: 10+ years of industry experience and/or 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Electrical, Instrumentation, and Fiber sectors.Education: Completion of post-secondary education in Business or related field. A combination of education and experience with be considered.Industry Knowledge: Oil & Gas industry experience preferred, with an emphasis on electrical, instrumentation, and fiber contracting.Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain customer and internal relationships based on honesty and mutual respect.Decision-Making Insight: Proven ability to understand customer decision-making processes and align them with company services.Personal Attributes: Driven, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and focus on professional development.Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with confidence in delivering presentations.Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Initiative and Creativity: High degree of initiative, creativity, and self-supervision, along with respect for safety requirements.Collaboration: Must be a team player and work closely with maintenance, production, engineering, and outside services.Additional Requirements:20% Travel RequiredMust be willing to pre-employment, random, post-accident, and for-cause drug testing, as well as any other drug testing required by our clints and statutory regulations.Possess a valid US Driver's LicenseThis role offers an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of our company through strategic sales initiatives and customer relationship management.
