Your leadership will shape the visual and experiential identity of our organization, setting new benchmarks in aesthetic appeal and creativity.Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the strategic vision for aesthetics services across the organization.Lead and oversee the aesthetics department, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with senior leadership to align aesthetics goals with overall business objectives.Identify and evaluate new trends, technologies, and products in the aesthetics industry to enhance service offerings.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.Manage budgeting and financial performance for the aesthetics division, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of aesthetics professionals.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest ethical practices.Spearhead marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand visibility and attract new clientele.Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and client experience.Report on departmental performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.Job RequirementsMasters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in the aesthetics industry.Proven track record of leadership and management in a senior executive role.Strong understanding of aesthetic products, services, and market trends.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.Ability to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Commitment to ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.Willingness to travel as required.
