**As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our organizations growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes. You will collaborate with client companies to understand their technology staffing needs and provide them with top-tier talent. Additionally, you will actively source, evaluate, and present qualified candidates to match those needs. This role combines client relationship management and candidate acquisition in the technology sector.Key *Business *Partner with client organizations, hiring managers, and department heads to comprehensively understand their technology staffing requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for recruitment needs.Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.Candidate Sourcing and *Use various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach, to identify and engage potential technology candidates.Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.Maintain a diverse and well-qualified candidate pipeline.Talent *Manage the entire recruitment process from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.Create and manage job listings on multiple platforms, including job boards and company websites.Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top technology talent.Market Research and *Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and labor market conditions.Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and competitive hiring landscapes.Compliance and *Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and best practices.Maintain detailed and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.**Bachelors degree in Business, IT or a related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of business development, recruiting or service industry related business development.Proven experience as a Full Desk Technology Recruiter with a successful track record in placing technology professionals.Extensive knowledge of technology roles, skills, and industry trends.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
