As an AAE you will spend 75% of your time learning from the Account Executives how to recruit, place, and manage highly efficient teams for your projects. The other 25% of your time will be spent in the field building upon your relationships with the clients and ensuring you have the right personnel in the right positions.Responsibilities:Recruiting experienced general and skilled personnel to join our teamsAssisting in morning check-ins/handoffs at clients' location sitesConducting phone and in-person interviews with candidatesManaging the onboarding process of new employeesMaintaining up to date job boards of available candidatesCoaching, mentoring, and training of new employeesAssist the Account Executives in managing highly effective teams for our ClientsBuild upon and maintain client relationshipsAttend lunches, networking events, and social outingsDevelop strategic personnel and problem-solving solutionsCommunicate expectations between all stakeholders**Bilingual in SpanishMust be outgoing, personable and a team playerStrong communication and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and OutlookRadley is an equal opportunity employer
