The internship assists our high-level Sales Account Executives in their day-to-day tasks.What we are looking **Graduating in December 2025 or May 2026 with a B.S. (or higher) from a 4-year accredited universityA strong interest in sales and recruiting OR Operational roles post-graduationStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent listening skillsEnergetic, curious, and engaging demeanorCompetitive and Self-motivated - a high sense of urgency and ability to work well independently and in a teamBasic knowledge of Microsoft SuiteComfortable making and receiving callsNice to have'Prior experience with customer-facing and/or sales roles (retail, hospitality)Leadership experience (Greek life, group project leader, student-athlete)Student-Athlete maybe being an athlete in college was your job! Bring your coachability, competitive spirit, and time-management skills to our team.Here is some of the day to day in an Account Executive Internship **Help Account Executives manage all behind-the-scenes tasks (data entry, sending contracts to candidates, CRM management)Shadow Account Executives calls, meetings and interviews to see the full job cycleTrouble-shoot candidate issues (payroll, timecards, benefits, stipends)Work with credentialing to help with onboarding of candidatesHelp Account Executives create a pipeline of potential candidates by prescreening the candidates (cold calling and job postings)Join "Success Express" training meetings with Account Executives for additional sales training
