Ultimate Staffing is partnering with Stratford based organization seeking a Senior Account Manager with B2B experience. As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Your focus will be on acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for sales, collaboration, and delivering exceptional client experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media. Build long-term relationships to support sustainable business growth.Manage and grow a sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.Research industry trends and client needs to develop tailored solutions and stay ahead of the competition.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that communicate value to prospective clients.Lead contract negotiations, close deals, and ensure seamless delivery of services.Work closely with teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to enhance the client experience.Track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and maintain accurate client records in a CRM system.Gather and relay feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and client satisfaction.Stay involved in professional associations and networking events to build credibility and expand your reach.What You BringExperience: 5+ years in account management, business development, or sales within a B2B environment.Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to close deals, communicate effectively, and foster long-term client relationships.Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in digital sales tools.Relationship-Driven: A natural networker who thrives in a client-facing role.Organized & Goal-Oriented: Strong time management, prioritization, and forecasting abilities.Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.Work Arrangement: Hybrid role with remote flexibility and occasional client meetings or office visits.Salary: $90-100k base + commissionAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
