LEVEL Regional Account Manager Greater Los Angeles CAAre you passionate about the cannabis industry and ready to join the team for one of the leading cannabis brands in the CA? As a LEVEL Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing sales strategy, increasing product assortment, and developing and maintaining relationships across the Greater Los Angeles Area. LEVEL continues to lead the tablet category in CA and expand nationally and this role presents an opportunity to advance and build alongside a growth oriented organization. Most importantly, this individual must exemplify LEVEL's core values and our commitment to excellence.What You Will Do:Provide support to one of the leading cannabis brands in CAManage and increase sales within the greater LA areaAnalyze product and sales dataOptimize brand presence and merchandising at retailEvaluate market opportunities and partner with new accounts as they openIdentify current gaps within respective assignmentSupervise budget and resource allocationAttend events and promotional opportunitiesTravel to facilitate demos and education of partners on the LEVEL and Tablet brand portfolioNegotiate pricing and termsWork alongside LEVEL CA General Manager and distributor to ensure optimal market penetrationPartner with accounts to align on shared goalsProvide customer service to accounts by addressing needs, concerns, and suggestionsShare best practices within the organization and be a team playerThis is an outside sales role - expectations are to be in the field four days per weekWhat You Will Need:Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years sales experience in CPG, Cannabis industry experience preferred, but not requiredExperience launching and managing an assignment of 100+ accounts and high-volume salesContinued desire to grow and optimize a brand within an established marketProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google SuiteHigh proficiency using Microsoft ExcelDeep understanding of sales performance metricsFirm understanding of strategy and tactical planningA positive solution oriented attitudeStrong interpersonal and relationship building skillsProven time management and organizational skillsEngaging and impactful presentation and training skillsAbility to build and foster business relationships at multiple levelsOwn results with integrity and a passion for successMust display excellent communication skills, interpersonal, written, and verbalMust reside in the greater LA areaMust be able to stand for up to 4 hours at a timeMust be able to lift up to 40lbsReliable transportation and valid drivers licenseMust be 21 years or olderWho we are:LEVEL is a science-driven cannabis company at the forefront of cannabinoid research and innovation that is exploring the possibilities of effects-based cannabis products by formulating cannabinoids and terpenoids in ratios not accessible from the plant alone.
