The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network, proven experience in sales and operations, and a strategic mindset to foster business growth. The role requires a 60% focus on sales and business development and a 40% focus on operations and leadership to ensure seamless project execution and to drive the company forward.Key *Develop and execute a strategic growth plan that aligns with the companys mission and objectives.Drive business development efforts by leveraging industry relationships and identifying new opportunities.Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.Oversee operational processes, ensuring efficiency and high-quality project execution.Foster a strong company culture centered around innovation, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to optimize integration solutions.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position the company as a leader in the market.Ensure financial performance and profitability by managing budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams across sales and operations.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Key **Proven experience in a leadership role within the automation, material handling, or industrial integration space.Strong network and relationships within the industry, with a track record of driving business growth.Demonstrated ability to lead both sales and operational functions effectively.Exceptional strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving business success.
