Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Associate to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth sales processes, efficient invoicing, and robust sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, be a stickler for accuracy, and driven by enacting process improvements.The Sales Operations Associate will support Biocom California's sales and membership engagement operations by a) processing membership applications, b) managing the membership renewal and invoicing processes, c) generating sales and engagement reports, d) managing inbound leads e) providing administrative and sales support, and f) supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The position requires a strong focus on customer service, data management, and collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless membership experience. Key Duties & Responsibilities:Membership Applications, Renewals, & InvoicingResponsible for processing the membership applications, renewals and invoicing process. This includes collaborating with the membership, accounting, and IT departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements for a streamlined process both internally and externally.Maintain accurate renewal data in Salesforce including membership activities and transactions.Follow up and communicate with members as necessary.Membership Support & EnablementProvide weekly sales and engagement reports.Manage inbound leads and, in coordination with Exec. Director of Sales, assign to team members. Assist with sales pipeline and process optimization.Assist the membership team with operational tasks including, but not limited to logging partner enrollments, new member processing, member benefit captures, and new member plaques. Support with automated campaigns as defined by sales, engagement, and sales operations.Support managing the data integrity of our CRM (Salesforce). This includes updating member information including address, contacts, name changes.Measure and quantify impact of new processes or enhancements.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications: College DegreeMinimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, sales operations, administrative, or finance role, with a focus on invoicing and sales supportSalesforce experience required (or similar CRM)Possess a high level of customer service skills.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated ability to show initiative and to be a self-motivated, innovative, and independent thinker.Ability to be resourceful on independent projects. Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skillsBe a team playerProficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, database managementMarketing ops experience a plus!Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum 3 days in office.The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000.
