Calling BDRs In Chicago! Propel are currently partnering with a rapidly growing company within the construction technology space who are looking to grow their Sales function. Key **Identify and research potential clients in the construction and real estate industries.Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new leads.Qualify inbound leads and determine their potential fit for our solutions.Engage with key stakeholders such as project managers, construction executives, and innovation leaders.Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities in CRM tools.Stay up to date with industry trends and our product offerings.What We're Looking **1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role, preferably in construction tech, SaaS, or related industries.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales and technology.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools.Experience in the construction industry or selling to construction professionals is a plus.
