The ideal candidate will be based in Houston, Texas, and will work in-office, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with the Director of Sales and CEO, as well as engage with high-profile clients and companies.Note: Color Culture is open to considering highly qualified remote candidates outside of Houston who can demonstrate strong communication and self-management skills to succeed in this role.In this position, you will be a critical touchpoint for clients, managing accounts, providing quotes, coordinating mockups/virtual proofs, and ensuring seamless communication with the operations team. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a client-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Account Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, delivering personalized and attentive service.Actively engage with new, current, and past clients to strengthen relationships and build loyalty.Maintain and update client information in HubSpot with accuracy and efficiency.Address client questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.Quoting & Proofing:Prepare and deliver detailed, customized quotes for client projects.Collaborate with the design team to create and send mockups or virtual proofs for client approval.Ensure clients have all the necessary information to make confident purchasing decisions.Operations Coordination:Work seamlessly with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to production.Monitor order statuses and proactively provide clients with updates on progress and delivery timelines.Customer Service Excellence:Deliver outstanding service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Identify and implement solutions to improve the overall customer experience.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support roles.Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.Strong proficiency in organization and ability to proactively communicate deadlines and issues to team members.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with quoting tools and order management processes is a plus.Key Competencies:Client-Focused Mindset: Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.Executive Communication: Comfortable working closely with the CEO and engaging with high-profile clients and companies.Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in finding solutions and resolving challenges.Team Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes positively to team dynamics.Self-Management (for Remote Candidates): Highly organized and capable of managing responsibilities independently with clear communication.Adaptability & Eagerness to Learn: Open to learning new products, systems, and processes.Why Join Us?Direct CEO Exposure: Collaborate closely with the CEO and gain valuable insight and mentorship.High-Profile Clients: Engage with leading companies and high-caliber clients across various industries.In-Office, Collaborative Environment (Preferred in Houston): Join a dynamic and supportive team focused on growth and innovation.Flexible Consideration for Remote Candidates: While priority is given to candidates in Houston, exceptional remote applicants will also be considered.Growth Opportunities: Contribute directly to a growing company and shape your career as we expand.Impactful Work: Play a key role in delivering high-quality branded apparel and promotional products that exceed customer expectations.If youre a driven, detail-oriented professional passionate about client service and based in or willing to relocate to Houston, we would love to hear from you.
