Vice President Operations

Responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and overall performance of Spintech Holdings Operations Team.  Contributes to the strategic direction of the Company as a member of the Executive Team. Establish, direct, and administer policies, key business metrics, and reporting systems to ensure adequate internal controls and tracking are present and functioning. Start-up new facilities and/or expansions of space to meet expanding revenue needs of the Company. Analyze results and take measured, decisive actions to ensure expected results are achieved within quarterly and annual timelines. Prepare prompt, relevant, and accurate confirmation of results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for internal and external reporting requirements of the Company.
