Apply today.WHAT YOULL ***** Solve complex client challenges by overseeing overall engagementsAct as the point of contact for day-to-day engagement matters with the clientOffer our clients insightful recommendations about complex issues by leveraging expertise and experienceEffectively communicate conclusions directly to clients through the development of succinct and impactful deliverablesWork with Leadership to help set the overall direction of the engagement, onboard engagement resources, and escalate potential issues or risk to leadership, as necessaryLead and mentor a motivated team of professionals by monitoring employee development, performance management, and trainingPrioritize your team's work and implement contingency plans when necessarySupport Armitage Leadership with firm business planning initiativesActively contribute to the growth and evolution of ArmitageWHO YOU ***** Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience5+ years working in the management consulting industry, focused on healthcare, is requiredPrior experience leading complex transformations / integrations at a Program-level is a plusDemonstrated experience working and presenting to senior business leadersOutstanding communication (verbal and written) and people skillsAbility to lead teams with limited oversight from LeadershipAbility to identify, structure and solve business problemsTake pride in enabling the best work of others on the teamStrong organization, communication, and analytical skillsAbility and interest to travel, up to 25% annuallyWHAT WE ***** A reasonable pay scale for this role is $150,000-$285,000. The pay scale for this role reflects a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
