The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for hiring, developing, and mentoring District Sales Managers.Mentor Sales Team to achieve individual & team objectives.Make presentations with clients regarding the companys service lines, capabilities, and differentiators.Manage and grow key client relationships through face-to-face meetings and entertainment events.Develop and implement written strategic account plans and advanced sales strategies.Develop a 1-3-year look- ahead for turnarounds and projectsCoordinate company resources (sales, operations, administrative) in pursuit of new clients business.Secure strategic agreements with target clientsAnalyzing market pricing and determining competitive selling price points.Coordinate pre-qualifications, bid, and proposal activity. Manager Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals (RFIs and RFPs)Participate in industry trade shows and technical conferences as required.Maintain familiarity with company service lines, safety, and operations. Promote branding of company through the proper use of logo, marketing materials, and industry recognition.Sell personal book of both Short and Long Sales of OEMs, General Contractors, and new clientsWhen visiting jobs/projects, participate in safety meetings to promote companys safety culture & commitment.Conduct post-project safety, quality, performance, and client satisfaction reviews.Meet or exceed budgeted revenue with target client accounts Develop scopes of work with schedule & budgetCoordinate efforts with District Sales Managers, Operations Managers, and PresidentReports to President Comply and abide with company regulations, policies, and work procedures.Maintain a current knowledge of maintenance projects, capital projects, and turnarounds.QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business5 - 10 years of sales experience with current service linesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
