Who We're Looking For:MyHealthTeam is seeking a Senior Partnership Success Manager to provide internal support to the Sales Team by managing pharma partner advertising programs during the pre- and post-sale process. This includes media plan and deck creation, campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, and ensuring prompt resolution of advertiser business issues.What You Get To Do Every Day:Work in partnership with the Sales Team to understand client objectives and needsDevelop a strong understanding of MyHealthTeam media productsImplement and execute advertising campaigns to ensure delivery and performance, including coordinating internal efforts with other cross-functional teams as necessaryProvide creative and third-party tags to the Ad Operations Team and ensure clients' ads are trafficked, monitored, and optimizedDevelop internal relationships and effectively communicate media program details to internal teams, including Alliance Management, Ad Operations, and MarketingTake ownership of one to three independent accountsAssist partnership directors with requests for proposals (RFPs) and developing customer presentations for VPs and SVPsProvide ongoing campaign management to ensure maximum revenueConduct campaign analysis and help recommend optimizationsPrepare monthly client reports for delivery and performancePull reporting metrics from third-party measurement platforms to share with internal teams (IQVIA, Crossix)Research competitive intelligenceSkills That Aren't Required, but Definitely a PlusCRM, Google Ad Manager, DoubleVerify, or Prisma experience a plusPreferred EST time zone or comfortable working EST business hoursWhat We're Looking For:A minimum of five years' experience in an agency or publisher environment with media-planning responsibilitiesSomeone detail-oriented who thrives under pressure and tight delivery timeframesAn understanding of third-party advertising tags and reportingA proactive, results-oriented attitude with strong customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of the latest digital advertising trends and online mediaKnowledge of third-party measurement platforms (Crossix, IQVIA, Comscore)MyHealthTeam is committed to creating an inclusive space where current and future employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
