Looking for someone local/around the Baltimore areaFlexible Hourly * $60k- $80k+Available to ** ASAPFlexible ***** 8:00am - 5:00pm EST (2-3 days in Baltimore Program Office, 2-3 days remote)JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is searching for a Invoice Reviewer/Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and coordinating approvals for invoices related to construction contracts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of construction contracts and billing procedures.Key *****Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract terms.Ensure all billed items are supported by appropriate documentation and approvals.Identify discrepancies and work with project managers and contractors to resolve issues.Maintain accurate records of all reviewed invoices and related documentation.Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries for management review.Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure timely processing of payments.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to construction invoicingREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum of [8] years of experience in invoice review, preferably in the construction industry.Strong understanding of construction contracts, billing procedures, and compliance requirements.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCECertification in Construction Management or related field;Experience with Construction invoice management platformsFeel free to email me directly with your updated resume and phone call availability if you feel you qualify for this role at Jabril.cartier@
