Job Summary:The International Account Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of Stila's international business. This position is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to international sales teams and customers. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management:· Process and manage international orders accurately and efficiently, including order review and communication of short ships and dating issues to the customer· Update order forms with new launches, price increases, and discontinued skus· Communicate with the operations team to resolve any order issues involving incorrect sku information and other shipment issues· Prepare and process international shipments, including necessary export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists) for shipments from the Glendale office to international customers· Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping timelines, and any related issuesCustomer Service:· Provide excellent customer service to international clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, and distributing important information to relevant international partners· Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers· Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficientlyAdministrative Support:· Assist and maintain the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documentation· Maintain accurate records of all international sales activities· Maintain and update product data in retailer-specific documents and portals· Assist with the coordination of international trade shows and events and market meetings· Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence on international marketsCommunication:· Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners via email, phone, and other relevant channels· Must be proficient in written and spoken English; fluency in other languages is a strong plus (e.g., Spanish, French, Mandarin)Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant experience· Beauty/Retail sales experience preferred but not required· Excellent organizational and time management skills· Strong attention to detail and accuracy· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills· Excellent written and verbal communication skills· Ability to work independently and as part of a team· Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
