You'll analyze industry trends, create data-driven acquisition programs, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance membership value and engagement. Your role will also involve overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing vendor partnerships, and attending industry events to promote SEMA's mission and offerings.Responsibilities include:Developing and executing strategic membership growth initiativesAnalyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunitiesLeading membership acquisition campaigns and onboarding new membersImplementing programs that enhance the member experience and improve retentionBuilding relationships with key industry stakeholders and external partnersOverseeing digital marketing efforts for member recruitment and engagementCollaborating with internal teams to align membership strategies with company goalsManaging budget and performance metrics, reporting insights to leadershipRepresenting SEMA at industry events and trade shows to promote membershipManaging vendor agreements and partnership programs to increase membership valueRequirements and Qualifications:7+ years of experience in membership development, business growth, or association managementBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)Experience with CRM systems, association management software, and digital marketing platformsStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain industry relationships to drive membership growthWillingness to travel up to 20% for industry events and association activitiesAbout the Hiring Company:SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) is a non-profit trade association dedicated to supporting the $42 billion specialty automotive industry.
