Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Manager for our Premier High School brand, with apassion for the education sector to lead brand development and positioning efforts. Working in brand management at ResponsiveEd means being more than just a marketer, it means being a total business owner. We need someone who is dedicated and who can guide the vision and strategy behind a brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation. Our Premier High School Brand Manager will work regularly across functions to identify parent, student, and school insights and implement marketing tactics that will continue to push the brand forward.Minimum Qualificationâ— Education: Bachelors Degree Required: Major in Business, Marketing Preferredâ— 4-7 years of experience in consumer or brand marketingâ— Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and ability to identify common ground amongst individuals with divergent opinions and perspectivesâ— Strong understanding of branding principles and integrated marketing strategies.â— Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.â— Proficiency in analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpotâ— Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.Preferred Qualificationâ— MBA in Marketingâ— Experience working with educational institutions or EdTech companies.â— Knowledge of trends and challenges in the education industry.â— Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.Key Responsibilitiesâ— Develop and execute comprehensive Premier High School school brand strategies to increasebrand awareness and market share.â— Ensure Premier High School brand consistency across all marketing and communicationchannels.â— Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, enrollment, creative, finance, operationagencies) to support enrollment windows, regular communication, and the execution of thePremier High School brand plan.â— Analyze and interpret market trends, syndicated data, and consumer research to track PremierHigh School brand performance and inform better marketing decisions.â— Ensure that the advertising agencies are on-brand and ensure attrition is trackedâ— Track and manage the Premier High School marketing budget to ensure the company meetsits annual business plan goals.â— Excellent analytical and project management skills. Must be able to analyze business data,determine solutions, make recommendations, and carry out actions in an effective mannerâ— Build annual Premier High School marketing calendar for national and local campaigns;support the development and drive the execution of campaigns.â— Plan and execute integrated Premier High School marketing campaigns, including digital,social, print, and broadcast media.â— Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on Premier High Schoolbrand-related matters.â— Conduct regular audits of Premier High School brand touchpoints to ensure consistency andquality.â— Track and analyze Premier High School brand performance metrics and KPIs.â— Prepare regular reports on Premier High School brand health and campaign effectiveness.â— Perform additional duties as assigned by management.Physical RequirementsCarrying, Climbing, Crawling, Driving, Kneeling, Lifting to 25 pounds, Pulling, Pushing, Reaching,Sitting, Squatting, Stooping, Bending, Twisting, Walking, Grasping, Talk or Hearing.The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job.
