The ideal candidate is based in one of the main cities of the US, has a passion for expanding networks of partnerships and can effectively communicate the benefits of our Radical platform to local shop owners.*Identify and visit potential partners of the Radical company, ** local shops, bars, bistros, and hotels;Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique features of the Radical platform;Negotiate and sign agreements with local shop owners to have them on board as luggage storage locations on the Radical platform;Achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals;Provide ongoing support and account management to local shops to ensure a positive experience on the Radical platform.**Proficiency in English;Based (or willing to relocate asap) in Chicago (other cities wont be taken into consideration for this specific role);Holder of 1099 or self-employed number for tax registration;At least 1+ years of outbound sales experience;Experience with fast-paced, short sales cycle (closing deals within a few days);Demonstrated success in high-volume outreach environments;Strong skills in cold outreach techniques;Experience of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Pay range and compensation *In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes uncapped, competitive sales commissions.The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.$18.98"”$27.95 USDThe total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.$29.80"”$50 USDThis is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and make an impact in the local **** if you are a driven and motivated individual with a passion for business development, we encourage you to apply today!
