This role will be based in our Calabasas office, and we offer a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. This role will own the delivery of revenue and P&L targets and lead cross-collaboration between global and local digital teams. The Sr. Manager, Ecommerce will be a key leader in the organization, driving the DTC growth strategy and website optimization efforts. This role will own the customer journey across all mobile/desktop platforms and will require close partnerships with operations, customer service, planning, marketing, and digital teams to implement a best-in- class customer experience. Key areas of focus include UX/UI design, site merchandising, promotional planning, web analytics, personalization, A/Btesting and all aspects of conversion rate optimization (CRO) on /us. This fast-paced, highly visible role will report directly into the Sr. Director, Digital.JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDrive online revenue growth by optimizing site experiences, increasing conversion rates & average order value (AOV) on /us.Monitor, analyze and report on daily/weekly/monthly business performance, providing insights on areas of opportunities and action plansIn partnership with ghd global team, identify A/B testing and CRO for /us with emphasis on increasing revenue per visit, engagement, and improved customer experience.Test new site functionality and features across /us. Identify, recommend, and oversee implementation of approved, new functionality or solutions to drive conversion.Develop and implement strategic initiatives to positively impact KPI using site analytics (i.e. conversion rate, abandoned cart rate, average order value, units per transaction etc.)Develop best-in-class customer journey across mobile/tablet/desktop platforms.Ensure all site content meets channel goals, customers' expectations and ecommerce best practice.Direct efforts to optimize existing site features including reviews, on-site search, navigation, content pages, and taxonomy.Responsible for monthly product forecasts, managing effective merchandising and product stock levels strategy of core product, best sellers, new product launches, and product promotions.Oversee SEO strategy with KPI targets of organic and direct revenue, traffic, and conversion rates.Partner with marketing and creative team leads to ensure alignment with our brand strategy and assets are localized for the North American consumer.Partner with our ecommerce and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment of calendars, product launches, landing page destinations, and streamlined reporting.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSYou thrive at building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions. You bring a high level of knowledge and know-how plus creativity and enthusiasm to your work and to everything you do.5+ years previous experience with large or premium ecommerce brand.Bachelors degree; advanced degree a plus.SEO experience and knowledge.Analytical experience: Google Analytics, TableauPrevious hands-on experience of best-in-class ecommerce platforms and CMS systems, such as SalesForce, Hybris, Adobe, Magento, or Ampileince.Affinity with Beauty.
