***** Philadelphia, PA suburbs (relocation for the right candidate)***** $150K to $200K plus variable plan and additional incentivesThe company's leadership team aligns to solve complex business problems with creativity and passion, within the structured framework of EOS. They are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join them in this mission, with a focus on sustainably rapid growth, strategic planning, service development, marketing, branding, and partnerships. Together with other members of the leadership team, the CRO will execute on the corporate strategic plan "” focusing on the expansion of customer segments and business partnerships "” and ultimately strengthen operations. The CRO will also be instrumental in creating a strategic plan for boosting revenue streams while fostering a high-performance culture.**• Always promote and exhibit company core values with staff and clients.• Partner with the Leadership team to execute the strategic vision.• Ensure the overall growth strategy is aligned with the company's revenue generating functions.• Ensure top line revenue meets company goals and forecasts.• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to support sustainably rapid growth.• Review the current geographic footprint and service offerings; create strategies to expand both and meet growth goals.• Manage the sales team to drive business growth across all business segments.• Manage the marketing department by aligning marketing strategies to enhance client engagement.• Collaborate with all departments to foster a positive company culture and achieve company growth targets.• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and new clients.• Remain well-connected with clients to ensure their needs are being factored into new service lines.• Monitor the market and analyze opportunities, providing innovative competitive strategies and tactics.• Five (5) or more years in diverse sales leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth• Proven track record of growing revenue and sales through pipeline development, new service introduction, marketing, branding and partnerships.• Proven ability to craft and execute business strategies focused on revenue growth across multiple departments.• Data driven, ability to create and manage key business metrics to ensure overall results.• Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain reporting on a weekly basis and attend an in-person sales meeting weekly• Highly motivated with excellent time management skills.• Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approachHow you can set yourself ***• Experience in landscape, facilities management, property management or service-related fields.• Previously operated within the Enterprise Operating System (EOS) framework.• Experience with Odoo.• Experience with Aspire.• A fanatical desire to win and be held accountable for positive results.
